Joseph C. Friel

Chef Joseph C. Friel, who has been with Engineers since February of 2015, has crafted a superb menu that caters to all tastes and interests. His previous experience includes time at The Hotel Pierre, The “21” Club, the Plaza Hotel, and Old Westbury Country Club. In those positions Joseph worked alongside some of the finest chefs in the world. From 2002 through January 2015, Joseph was the Executive Chef at the Beau Rivage Resort and Casino (a division of MGM/Mirage) where he oversaw 5 restaurants. At Engineers Country Club, not only are his creations excellent, but they also suit to specific needs that come with the hard work of a round of golf or tennis match.
